Grade 1
Draw a picture of your favorite toy. Look at the toy in front of you while you work and draw as much detail as you can. What kind of texture does your toy have? Is it furry? Is it smooth? Does it have eyes? Maybe it has lots of legs, or wheels.
Be sure to use the whole page. Take your time and do your best!
On the back of the paper write a few words telling me why this is your favorite toy.
If you have crayons, markers, colored pencils or paint you may add color to your drawing.
Spend at least 20 minutes on this drawing.

You may want to practice using the line tool first as it can be tricky. Try to remember what we did in steam class to create pictures. S
